im running 4 alpine type r 12's with 2 hifonices bx 1500d in 1.9 cube feet box's.

whats every one else got or is every one here in to motor"s?

i am running two 12" type R with a mrdd500 but i wanna get a jl1000.1 or mrdd1000

I wanted rockford fosgate but i think i'll go with 1200W sony Xplode's for now. Can't beat 70 bucks a piece and then you make your own box :) 12 inch of course. Later i might get a few 10's just for the punch and 12's for the deep bass.

My kicker solo baric 12" is my favorite sub. 134.6db with a 600watt amp.

no one thats not from missouri knows of them, but the won the usa db drags a couple years ago, they are made my competitive audio out of springfield, mo there called rhinos.

i have a set, and my 2 12's are WAYYY louder than the 3 cerwin vega strokers i had a couple of years ago.

they have a new sub that will be in production late october that will blow away the jl audio w7's, and there going to have a msrp of 275.00 each, the cool thing is that you buy them directly from the manufacture so there is no middleman like every other company

i have a friend of mine from missouri, he moved down to florida n now he lives in new york - he told me about those subs :)

nice system's i used to buy my rf stuff from them no middle man good freinds with a guy there well was we aren't any more. these type r sounds way louder than they look. my freinds brother used to know a guy at phoniex gold and got some bad ass stuff for cheap..

2 10" Lanzar Subs - 6 years old... Half deaf and it sux... take care of your ears

im rocking 2 12" DVC Alpine Type R's off my Hifonics Zues Series Limited Edition 600w amp.

the polk 10inch chilling next to my big screen it shakes the whole fucking basement.

i have a MTX 8000 Series DVC 12" and it hammers.

2 12" explodes powered by one Kenwood 320 watt amp and one lightning audio 250 watt amp, i blew one of my old rockfords up lastweek :( soon to have 2 explodes and 1 rockford in my car soon tho :)

used ot have 2 10 rf and 2 12 polks and running off one 80dxi rf amp wich is one of there badest amps you can find. blow it up got a 144.6 db with a 90 watt amp crazy stuff

i dont know why everyone is so keen on the alpine type r's.....there are many subs out there with better boom for the buck, and not to mention tougher too.


i hate anything new made by rockford fosgate, its all junk exept the competition subs....there ok....but overpriced.

new kickers are pretty nice, good boom for the buck and pretty damn durable. i loved my L7's

Yes, those missouir guys are louder then shit. I like my Image Dynamic IDmax V.3, waiting for the V.4 to come out so i can switch them up. Good SQ and SPL sub. I run two earthquake d2s on my 2 12" subs.

i like the kicker 18' solo baric. i had a buddy that wanted to do a custom box and put it in the back of my rex. decided not to though, for two reasons

1. the sub weighs about 115 lbs without the box

2. didn't want to blow my rear hatch off

I've two 12" MTX Thunders in my sedan and the thing rattles like shit. I think I have more body vibration than anything, should invest $2000 in dynamat for the whole car.

Running a single CDT Audio HD1220, and two CDT Audio M80's... powered by one orion 9005, and one 5005... going to sell the M80's, and buy a CDT Audio HD1020 instead.

2 jl12w3 4ohm, only 1 hooked up in box with a phoenix gold octane monoblock pushin 500watts, pretty loud but gotta get box for both speakers, and a jvc mp3 reciever, had for 2 years on the 5 of july, great product just to let you people know

i got my type r's way before the first F&F came out, so i didnt jump on the bandwagon like everyone else, they were the best subs in my price range at the time, i got them both for $300 with a custom box.:D

uhm lets see..... I have 2x12" Alphasonik 400 series subs, and no amp.... because the ass hole that sold me the car took it out.... but i am planning on getting it back from him... its an Alphasonik PMA600HCA 1800 watt amp... it sounded nice when i test drove the car but then he took it out the little turd..!
