modified teg, auto?

I have a 95 ls auto with 39K. I want a ls/vtec conv, or turbo. I don't want to change to manual cause i would waste a lot of cash and would be better of getting another teg. If anyone is running either set up with an auto tranny please post mods and #'s. Thanx
