Hey... I got two 12inch Pioneer subs. 500W max @ 4 Ohms /each.
The panflet says it needs 150W nominal.
I bought a Rockford Fosgate Punch mono P3001 amp. It says it has 900W max power. But it also says it is 300W RMS @ 2 Ohms, and
150W RMS @ 4 Ohms. The amp is wired parallel internally and has adjustable crossover.
I know that because they are wired in parallel, that the total resistance will be 2 Ohms.
It sounded great at the place where i bought it, i haven't hooked them up yet but i was thinking, don't i need more than 300W total to power my subs to get the best sound from them?
With this amp will the subs get 300W each, or will they get 150W each?
Hope you guys can help... thanks

looks good
each sub will get 150rms, which is what they're rated at
