Depends on the drop and performance level you're looking for. Personally, I would go with an Eibach Pro kit or Sportlines if I wanted springs. I trust the company and alot of RSX owners have gone with them. I like coilovers though, so you can adjust for performance. If money is an issue, go with the GCs.
Anyway, as far as springs are concerned, the Neuspeed and Skunk2s are probably fine, but you'll get a million different opinions depending on who you ask...
Look for customer satisfaction ratings. I know the Eibachs rate high consistently- not sure about the others.

Performance, looks cost, adjustability (coils), wear and tear.
What of those factors is most important?
Some people don't like the reliability of the S2's, so i'd go with the Ground Controls. Keep in mind you'll need to get new shocks with these coilover sleeves.

Coilovers are springs and shocks and they replace the stock springs and shocks. The Skunk2 and GC's, however, are coilover sleeves, which are really just adjustable springs. And full coilovers are VERY expensive.

I would go with the coilovers. If money is the issue then go with the springs, but please make sure you dont get the Gold Lines. Cuz they suck! If you are looken for some go to my friends site RPMmotoring.com or call there free number. They can give you good advice on what to install.

Yeah, ACTUAL coils, not the GC's or Skunks would be the best, or something mild like an Eibach Prokit so that you don't need to spend as much in maintenence.

Dave from PureHonda.com put this together. This should help you in your search.
http://www.purehonda.com/articles/coilovers.html
A little advice from me though is... in your search for the best ride and "what should I do to my car" I would ask questions and look up answers that explain what does what. I WOULD NOT ask "what should I do, what should I use instead of______". Reason number one, do you know why you chose this? and number two, you are simply going on someone else's posibly misinformed opinion. Research EVERYTHING you put into and take out of your car. Find facts on the pros and cons, and formulate your own ideas and opinions on what best suits you.
Quick advice as well. (definatly look this up, don't just take what I say) Shocks are made to control your springs movement and rebound. If you plan on changing your spring rate, you must change your shocks as well. Stock shocks are not made to handle harder, quicker reacting springs. Just the same goes as hard shocks will not control softer springs as well. The shocks stabalize and even out the "spring" movement of springs. Have you ever taken a spring and watched it bounce repeatedly after you innitially plucked it? Shocks stop this motion, and smooth it out. So, if your pockets are small, and you don't think you can afford to replace both, think how much you will have to replace when your car is unstable, and bounces out of control off the road... but don't take my word for it... reseach it.
Good Luck, and never let anyone in front of you...
