Where is the fuel "kill switch" reset button

I have a 1998 Explorer XLT. The manual says the reset button is behind the passenger side kick panel. Looked there and didn't see it. This has got to be an easy one, but I can't find it. Thanks!

On the earlier 1st generation - your's is 2nd the button is literally on the firewall in the interior of vehicle front passenger side above the passenger's feet. Button is usually white in color.
