I was wondering the same thing (fixing up my 95 a little... come on, be kind). Why won't the hood close? and is there an easy solution?

because the DOHC motor is taller and wider than sohc you will need to get the hood with the bulge on it like r/t hood

i have talked to many people in the racing scene and they have all told me that if your looking for better pick up stick with SOHC if you want better top end speed then get a DOHC so i would stick with the single
