If the vehicle has a whole bunch of cheap-assed JC Whitney catalogue parts bolted onto it in the most tacky ways possible, (ie, chrome fender eyebrows, sunvisors, etc.) and/or million spoke 12 inch dayton rims, or just rims that stick 3 feet out of the fender wells, or a paintjob with a mural on it, it will be a 'Hispanic' (mexican around here) driving it 9 times out of 10. Trust me on this, I'm doing grape inspection right now so I get to see what they drive on a daily basis. You have not begun to see the depths of crappy taste that I see daily.

Yeah, that rule is a good one. Living in a highly hispanic populated area (Texas!) I get to see lots of funny stuff like that.
About a month ago I saw an early 90's Escort Wagon, slammed, with the trademark deep-dish daytons (gold of course) sticking out of the wheel wells about a foot. And of course there were naked lady mudflaps (yes, mudflaps), and a naked lady murial on the back. Oh and to top it off, it was being driven by an older hispanic LADY!! :lol:
