Only firebirds came with factory power antenna's, so that's why your car doesn't have one. It shouldn't be to hard to install one you just need to find one that fits the body line. You might try to find a factory firebird one it would be the closest to fit without to many mods.
Look on eBay or check out your local junk-yards.

I don't think it requires a relay but you'll need a good ground, batt or switched power supply, and a remote turn on wire from your deck (blue wire on aftermarket decks). The factory antenna wire should unplug from the antenna, and you shouldn't have to do any modifications on it.

I installed a power antenna on my 2001 Camaro. Go to LS1.com and do a search. Their are a couple of articles that tell you how to install. Mine looks and works great.

depends if you want black or chrome, i have a black one on my 95' it works great, no switches or anything, you just turn on radio, and it goes up...
