What do do with extra dash slot

hey, i have a 2004 sentra spec-v, just bought it three weeks ago, love it! Anyway, i was wondering if anyone had done anything cool with the slot in the dashboard below the AC controls and above the ciggarette lighter. it looks like you could fit another stereo down there, anyone used the space for anything unique?

You can put a stereo down there, it makes for a nice inconspicuous install if you leave the stocker unplugged in the normal spot and your aftermarket stereo down in the lower din (as long as you remove the faceplate when you leave the car). You can put an in-dash EQ down there, you can put gauges down there (but that would be pretty useless since you wouldn't be able to read them well). Um, some people have put switches to control various lights in there, there are a bunch of choices.

I keep drugs there. Its a nice spot thats a little hard to see from the outside of the car.

Actually, you could put your head unit in the lower slot and then try to find a flip out LCD screen that will fit the top slot. Good place for some kind of custom mod.
