Thanks for the complements guys! The first model is Revell`s 41 Willys street rod, and it is a great kit with super detail. The second one is Dan Fink`s Speedwagon, which looks like a `32 Ford to me. It is also a great kit with an excellent 302.
For the first one, I used all automotive laquers. There are 4-6 coats of clear (it was built a while back and I forget) and it was wet sanded and rubbed out with two different compounds, and then polished with Zaino polish.
Believe it or not, the second one was just painted with testors enamels, and I never sanded it or rubbed it out. I guess I just got luck on that one. I may have used auto paint for the base coat. I am thinking I built that about 6 years ago.

They still look fresh to this day! Wish I had a model to contribute with.

Well I will contribute a few cars that have graced the A/F! My first car is the '41 Willys, the second is a '29 Rat-rod, and the third is a '37 Rat-rod truck!!!!!
