power windows

I have a weird problem.My power windows work for an hour and then they don't for the next.I thought it could be the motor.But When they don't work even the wipers don't work and the lights in the vehicle don't work.So definetly motor is out...Any idea how to solve this????

You'll have to check your wiring schematic for this one to determine what circuit supplies power to everything you mentioned. All that spagetti wiring is color coded but I have to admit that electrical trouble shooting is a big pain in the butt! It almost sounds like a circuit breaker problem, but who knows? Maybe someone on this site has had the identical problem fixed??
