prelude tranny swap

can i stick a prelude sportshift auto tranny into my civic, cuz theres a an upgrade i need my car makes a very annoying sound in 4th gear, and i always need to downshift to D3 to get rid of it, but i think it's healthier if i do it with sportshift.
