90' civic SI hatch w/ZC and A/C header?

Just finished installing my JDM civic ZC into my 90 SI hatch. everything's done, started right up, smooth idle etc. Just one problem. no exhaust head pipe. Even though my old exhaust manifold would bolt onto the ZC, the different head angle caused it to interfer with the rad and fans. The manifold that came with the ZC is in great shape and fits, however it is a "Four into two" compared to the "4 into 1" that was there.
So I either need to come up with a integra head pipe of the correct year,or at least the flange, or a new header and head pipe that will fit this engine/car without hitting the A/C compressor, fans or rad.

Anyone have any hints? Been there, done that?
