I am asking different questions about putting a D16a6 head on my D15b2... Evrytime I get an answer, I think up a different question. This time, I'd like to know if I can use a D15B2 head gasket if I put a D16a6 head on my D15b2 block...

yes they are identical. all engines from 88-91 use one head gasket, as well as the d15b7 and d15b8 from 92-95.
the d16z6 92-95 EX/Si is the favorite head gasket, because its MLS, multi-layered steel, instead of composite. you dont have to scrape it from the head and block and you can usually reuse it once or twice, unlike the 88-91 headgaskets.

Will the 92-95 d16z6 work on the d15b2 head?

That sounds like a good idea... Just that I bought a D16a6 head last week.... I don't have all the MPFI goodies yet so, I'l have to use my DPFI setup for a while. Will I se any type of improvement whatsoever using the d16a6 head with my DPFI setup?
