headliner board

I have an 84 cultass ciera. I needed to replace the headliner, so I nearly destroyed it while taking it out. I ripped all the hidden brackets out because I pulled the board straight down. It was supposed to be removed by sliding to the right, and then down, but I didnt find that out until I ripped them all out. The headliner rips easily and I think I need a new board. I cant find a replacement board anywhere for my car. Does anyone know where I can find one for my car?
