Lowering kit

My 79 Fleetwood Brougham is in the process of not really restoration, but i'm trying to make her look better and drive better. i was wondering if anyone on here knew of how to lower this vehicle cheaply and easily?

cut the springs

You might not want to cut the springs. Sure it doesn lower if and all but it would be hard cutting them to the same length and you most likely dont have something to cut them with. You could always buy my springs, the car almost scraps the ground and I hit a bump and the back end lifted into the air a bit. You can tell that the springs and shot but they do lower my car.
