Aftermarket intake manifold vs. Ported intake manifold

What would give better performance/air flow, an aftermarket intake manifold (eg. Skunk2), or a stock ported manifold. I have a 1995 Prelude Si if that makes any difference. Thanks for your help.

I have no idea, but I saw a guy that cut his in half (hotdog style :) ), ported it out, and welded the thing back together.. Pretty nice work too.. I'll have to try to find the link.
