my 79 needs a new engine

my 79 midget is now sporting two holes (one on each side of its block. I need a new engine and I'd like advice. I've read a few threads on options if I want to boost the power, but that's not a concern of mine. What's the easiest option to get this beautiful baby blue sweetie back on the road?
