random anger

I've been trying to get with this girl for a couple days now, and she seemed real into me n all. She tells me that there are two guys she likes, me being one of them, and the other kid is a faggot. So last night in an internet conversation, she tells me that she wants to keep at at a "just friends" level, which was fine for a while. Then the rumors start, shit happened, and I got pissed.

To start off the night, I punched a decently large hole through my wall in the computer room, luckily I didnt hit any studs. Then as I found out how satisfying it was to punch something, I started punching random stuff until i busted all the knuckles on my right hand. so after my hand became useless, I grabbed a baseball bat and walked around the neighborhood for a little while. From what I can remember, I smashed a few mailboxes and broke a couple windows. I felt like the hugest man and I was even thinking about other peoples property or the concequences. I cooled off a little and came inside. THis is no lie, I have the cuts to prove it: I was drinking a glass of water and for some reason a random anger spread all over me, I squeezed the glass as hard as I could and it shattered. I was amazed. I shattered a glass cup by clenching my fist.

Now that's it's all over, I realize it was stupid, but when it happened I had no control at all. I have never been that angry in my entire life. The anger got me so pumped up that my pulse rate was through the roof. has anyone else ever had this happen to them?

Hey man...honestly, don't go breaking your knuckles over a woman. There are plenty out there for all of us. If you go deforming yourself or get thrown in prison for property damage, you deprive yourself of the opportunity to meet some of them. Is it just me or does anyone other than Flatrater and me think that theres nothing wrong with this picture. If I see someone destroying my property like that, they better have two bats, cause I will surely use the one he's carrying on him. Like Flat said if you have a anger management problem do it to your self or your own property, but to do it to others not involved is just plain wrong. Shoot man, its only a girl, get over it. I can possibly see if its your wife or girlfriend you been with for a while now, but you are just starting to be with her. And thats with water, I can imagine with drinks in you. The whole neighborhood would be victims.

IF?!? It's a certainty that they know which buttons to push. I do have to agree with twospirits though. I can understand a hole in the wall when you get mad, but not somebodies mailbox and windows or anything of somebody elses for that matter. That's where you kinda draw the line.

One time I got so pissed off that I played Golf in my garage. It was all fun and games until I wrecked the GIB board.

i can relate somewhat. me and a buddy got pissed off one day at his house, and started just hitting rocks in the alley, with golf clubs. eventualy we found out we broke a window or two, and some kid rode by on the sidewalk, and it hit his bike. wow i did alot of stupid shit when i was younger.

moral of the story is, if you are going to take out your anger, do it on a punching bag, a criminal, or your something you own. dont ruin someone else's day just because yours was. think, it could eventually get everyone pissed off, and you would be responsibile for the devastation of the human race.
