91 buick pa

I have a 91 PA that wont start for me. Batt is good. Used a different key with no luck. I dont think its the starter, I do think its the anti-theft system. Does anyone know how to check it out? Also does anyone know how to by-pass the system?

does it turn over, do you have gas in fuel line, do you get a spark.
if you look on line you will find out how to measure key ohm and buy a resisitor yo bypass . did you check batt, cables.

also might be crank position sensor (cps) this went bad on me , no spark, no start
