SRS Light Won't Reset

I have a 94 318i, and not long ago the SRS light came on and won't reset. The right front seat upholstery is a bit rough in the seat area, and I thought I might be getting a fault from the passenger seat sensor. I picked up a Peake R5/SRS Scan/Reset Tool, but the light will not reset, and the codes don't seem to be related to the passenger seat. I was hoping I could get some help interpreting the readout. Here it is:

Table 01
Code 01 Control unit fault, A/D Converter
Code 11 Supply Voltage
Code 41 Contol unit fault, autarky capacitor

The SRS light won't clear using the reset tool, and the readout remains consistent across 4 or 5 tries on two different days.

Anyone got any idea what we're looking at here? I'd like to eliminte the easy fixes before the dealer gets a look at it.
