Fu@%ed dome light

MY dome light is busted (as in nothing works), I checked it out and none of the bulbs were busted, and the fuse was fine too.... argh has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions of where to look next?

I am pretty sure he is talking about the light between the two visors but I am not 100% about it. I have no clue what to do though sorry.
