Lights(tint shading them)

Does anyone know where I can go and buy some black tint shade for turn sginals tail lights and bumper lights? I wanna tint them so that there black but at night they work there normal lighting function. Im looking for actual tint, but the spray tint, Ive called about 2 paint stores n they have no idea what Im talking about. Can some one lead me in the right direction? Thanks
