I really don't think this needs 3 posts, but really, if you don't know how or have any experience, I suggest you 1.) take it to a stereo shop, and have them show you, or 2.) see if a friend can teach you.
I installed my own CD player and had to modify the panel around the player itself. But I did it 2 years ago and do not remember how.

you have to get a special wiring harness to bypass the stock amp
