Steering Vibrates at high speeds

Hey,
looking for some help. My 93 Prelude 4thGen, has started to vibrate when i am at around 50mph (90km/h) im thinking this can be the steering rack since i adjusted it and it stopped doing it but now it does it again.
The car also vibrates alot when i brake, is this linked to the same problem or can this be the rotors which are slightly bent? (the front brake pads are worn, could this have anything to do?)
I need to sort out those two problems asap. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks. from Gibraltar!

Rotors / bent rims were my first impression. Have those checked out first.

most likely you need to get your wheels balanced as for the 1st problem. and like Aces said, your rotors are probaby warped.

The wheels could also be out of balance. I had a small shimmy in the front and when I pressed the brakes it would go to a slight wobble from being out of balance. Could also be Ball joint or rotors.

Hey, thanks for these replies so quick, well i had already balanced the wheels and aligned them since i thought that would solve it, but no.
The steering rack was a bit off and i feel it has a bit of a gap on either side, i adjusted it and the steering no longer shook at high speeds although it still did so when i braked.
But the steering problem is now back again even though i adjusted the steering rack.
thanks, i appreciate a reply asap

It may not only be the balance of the wheel but check to see if there is any abnormality on the treadwear of the tire.

The tyres have also been checked and they are fine.

my 92 vibrated over 50 when power was applied. replaced the cv shafts and it's smooth now.

Ive been told my problem is with the rotors, am having them changed over the weekend, if that doesnt work the cv shafts will prob be the next thing i look at, but hopefully replacing the rotors will do the trick
