gas lines

ok i have a question. im gettin a neon ub kit cause im goin show on my car cause i dont wanna go performance cause i have 90000 miles so ill prob blow something. so i took a pic of under my car.

i was plannin on having the tube go in that area there to the left of that black strip and the right of that seam ( jacking point). does a fuel line run there on either side through that area between that black and that seam? also does it maybe run right where that black strip is? thanks just making sure because i dont want to drill into oone. if someone knows where the fuel lines run .. could u please tell me.thanks
