Having too much slop (extra play) in your steering? It may not be the Inner tie rod bushings.

Thanks for the how-to! It saved me a ton of time. In all honesty, I tried to do without removing wiper box. BIG MISTAKE! Go ahead a take out. It'll save some busted knuckles and a lot of cursing!
Update on parts....The bushings are Spicer (Dana) number 577-5060. They come 2 to a box and cost me $7.34 at local (Charleston SC) parts store.

By the way, the Spicer part #577-5060 was for my daughters' 96 ES w/3.5.
