Racerboy Rant!!!

I know this is probably one of many threads that at least mention this but I tought I would throw it out for my own gratification....
It's fairly common to run into the asshole drivers out there. I can't count the number of times that I have been in heavy traffic and there is always some jerk who is more important than anyone else. This covers the span from driving on the shoulder to lane changing without signalling. Because I live in urban Seattle, I have had to accept this, and learn to deal with it in my own karmic way to prevent stroke and heart problems...
The only thing that never ceases to get my hackles up though is the Racerboy. It doesn't matter if he/she is driving a Riced out Civic, 5.0 Mustang, AMC Gremlin, or whatever but never fail... They always assume that because I drive a sports car, and I am fairly young that I want to race them. Stop lights, freeways, on ramps, it doesn't matter. These damn people racing around like they own hot machinery (most don't) acting like they know how to handle a performance vehicle (again, most don't) is dangerous, frustrating and makes it so that I (who am in the same age group) pay ridiculous amounts of money every month for insurance. The kicker is..... I have never been on the receiving end of a ticket, not one... So to all you racerboys out there, pull your heads out of your collective asses, and keep that shit on the track. If you want to find you can at your Seattle area AutoX and Time Rally events..... I'll be happy to race you then.

Nah, I've always used the term "racerboy." It's my own little secret language. I'm not very hip. :loser:

Meh, stupid kids will never learn, clearly an element of over-compensation somewhere, most will get the message when they hit an armco.

The only way for these kids to learn would be in one of these two ways.
1) They end up getting in an accident for driving like dumbshits
or
2) If they piss you off enough to where you race em' you beat the sh't outta them however many times it takes for them to realize that they need to pull their head outta the fast and the furious dream world, and realize stickers dont add hp. This method usually ends up in them turning a completey different direction, and driving regular speed.
perfect example for #2.
me and my friend were up in his 92 taurus sho, minding our own business. not speeding or nothin. Then some kid in a dodge stratus pulls up next to us with a powered by mugen window banner. well he revs on us and we just ignore him. So at the next stoplight he does it again except this time he gets infront of us and slows down. Well by know were ready to hand this kids ass to him in a bag. So he got whut he had coming to him. I think he tried to race us like 7 times when once i wouldnt even consider it being a race. he ended up turning off the road and headed back to town. Just idiot people that dont realize that fatf was fake and dumb as hell also.

LOL theres nothing better than racing a "racerboy" when you know there is a checkstop over the next hill! :grinno: especailly when you back off and he looks back at you and starts laughing, LOL i love seeing the looks on those little punks faces ans you roll past the checkstop and the cops are writing them a ticket :iceslolan :iceslolan

or you let off cuz you see a car ahead of them and when they get past you they look at you, turn back, OH SH#$ they gotta slam on their breaks colored with crayola crayons. And that doesnt work because their brakes dont work so they swing around the guy and then pull off the side of the road and give you the infamouse "finger" as you drive by and honk. lol its soooo great messin with kids who only like imports cuz of fast and the furious.

Hah! Damn idiot drivers and "racerboys". For those who think they own the street in heavy traffic, I just box them in with the cars next to me the best I can. It pisses them off, but it makes me happy knowing that they're mad. That's what they get.
And yea, I get those in they're Civic hatchbacks come up next to me thinking they're fast. I'm sure they're thinking "Hah! A Malibu...I can beat that." I mostly ignore them, but sometimes I get the urge to make some poor bastard cry as he sees the back end of my car.
