I've just bought 3.8L version of Pontiac Trans Sport (1994 year).
I'm looking for english version of owner's manual because I've received german version of this book with this car.
Where can I find electronic version of this manual.

You should be able to order the owner's manual at www.helminc.com They are GM's distributor for owner's manuals, factory shop manuals, etc.
