weak steering response

I have sprint lowering springs and koni yellow setup. I added camber bolts for camber issues.

Does the camber bolts affect the steering response and alignment?

How do I reinstall it correctly. How do I position the strut assembly when I re-insert the bolts? How much torque do I use?
