Fuse problems

Hey,
Just installed a new stereo in my 98 dodge ram and when I was installing it I touched a live wire to metal and heard a pop. Now my stereo wont turn on and my dome light and overhead lights wont turn on. I checked all of the fuses but none are blown. What should I check next?

What about the fuse/relay box under the hood by the battery, did you check those too?

You probably fried everything.

No fuses were blown inder the hood also.

my dome lights and stereo are out. checked all fuses and all are good. not sure what to check next
