Crx fan

I just about have finished doing a B16a swap in my crx. I gutted my air condition, and i was woundering if i needed the second fan on the raidiator..for one it gets in the way of the header and for two if i really dont need it i dont want it there..if anyone knows anything please help me out..Thanks
