I have a Candy Apple Red 1997 Honda Accord 2DR..i'm trying to figure out what color underglow would look best with my car. I've been told either orange or yellow. I'm not really wanting to go with red..but who knows? ALL SUGGESTIONS welcome :) thanks..

red and yellow is one of the best color combinations you can find...also, i wouldnt count out white, because everyone knows you cant go wrong with st. louis cardinal red & white!!!

I thought about white..but i didn't know how well it would show up, or even look like I had any lighting underneath. Also..does it matter if I lower my car before or after getting an underbody kit?

you should lower it. Otherwise the neons will be visable. Also, check your local laws, almost everywhere they are illegal - and you will get harassed.

They're okay for show though, just can't have the car moving with them on. Umm, white will deffinately show up at night, and will look good, but yellow would be your best bet. Just avoid blue and red at all costs, in most states, that'll instantly get you a ticket.

awesome..i'll definitely check the laws for that because i don't think anyone can afford being pulled over time & time again. I think yellow would show up better..but I also like white as well. Should I color coordinate the underglow with that thing behind my rims that people paint? sorry..i can't think of the word off the top of my head. thanks again for the help!

I know a guy that has a candy apple red Trans Am - he installed a blacklight kit (or is it purple...?), and I think it looks REALLY sharp. Perhaps I'm off in my color scheme here, but still...

Besides, the blacklights are a little less conspicuous when it comes to Johnny Law than, say, yellow - at least at night.. Royal blue would go good on the brake calipers (you have the stock ones, right?), and it would go well with the blacklights as well. I would be sure - no matter what color of lighting that you get - to coordinate the lights with the brake calipers...makes it look smoother.

I'm not too serious about putting any underlights on my accord right not but any ideas for a silver one? Thanks

with silver i think a total frosted effect looks really cool...i have a silver accord and was gonna frost the whole thing until i decided to get a scion tC....clear corners, clear taillights, clear bumper lenses, silver mirror tint, blue brake calipers, and nice white neon---looks great!!!
