window rattling

i got a 1990 celica and my drivers window rattles something awful. Can any tell me how to go about removing the door panel i cant figure it out and quit doing trying. Can someone point me in the right direction before the window gets broken.

man i'm beginning to doubt this site.... Someone wanna help me try to figure this out Please.........
