Funky Idle

I have a 1992 prelude with an H22 swap. When it idles it jumps around alot, from 850-1450 aproximately. i've been told this is b/c of the IAC or the Fast Idle thermo valve. I also got a CEL and didn't stay on but when i checked the code it jus flashed on and off so im assuming it was a Code 1 which is Oxygen Content. I dunno if this has anything to do with my idle problems or is jus a whole other problem on its own. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
