How large are your biceps?
Be honest
Or, if you wish, how small are they?
Me: 14.5" for now, growing every day

How is that? It seems like it would be the easiest. I've only been working out for 2 weeks and notice a huge difference.

Just kind of curious how big too big is.
My arms are not that big, but I have big forearms.
the range of motion in my arms has drastically decreased in my arms with every half inch of growth.
So, how big is too big?
No, that's not what I'm talking about :)

You should plateau after a couple more weeks. Muscles have a tendency to "expand" quickly when you start. The growth will then slow unless you seriously step up the workout. they will stop growing because they become more effecient.

Well I really shouldn't have said a 'huge' difference. It's definately noticeable for me, but may not for anyone else. I've heard that too.

once a week is perfect if you beat the crap out of them. my chest is huge, but my biceps and hams will not grow. my upper back is hard to grow as well. people grow at different rates.
i will measure later, and yes everyone will laugh...but not if i show a picture shirtless.

a good way to gain bicept size is to work out your tricepts... your tricept is arround 2/3 of your arm....
and your bicepts are bigger at the gym and smaller the next day because when you work out a muscle it fills up with blood, so when you measure a muscle ur supposed to measure it before you work out

wouldn't that make it bigger? My forearms and wrists swell up like crazy when I work them. I thought you should measure them when they are at their largest

if you measure them when you work out it isnt your real size, so the numbers will be bigger, but it wont be accurate as to how much your arms grew as you progress..

Actually the size is somewhat deceiving. I have a good friend who's biceps are 16.5" but they look larger than mine (which they aren't). The reason they look larger is because he is smaller framed than me. He stands about 4 inches shorter than me. Pound for pound he is probably stronger and has more mass than I do but I outweigh and out lift him. Size of bicep is only relevant when the people being compaired are close to the same size.

Not comparing, just trying to finding who the really skinny people are around here :lol2:

Stupid question. Should have asked for the size of peoples upper arms. Still a stupid question though IMO.
