which spark plugs / changing them?

I have a 2000 GMC Yukon and I want to change the spark plugs in it. I purchased Bosch Platinums #2s and 8mm wires.
How difficult is it to change the plugs and wires? I noticed there are 2 hard to reach plugs and wanted to know how long it will take to change them?

Do you suggest the Bosch Plats or AC Delco Iridiums?
