What car does this go to?

It's a Skunk2 rear lower tie bar, says 96-00 EK Civic on the box, but even fully unscrewed its a good 4-5 inches too short..

The part number on the box is 518-05-0810, and even their dumb website shows it as for the EK, but their picture shows it being longer than mine. Somebody help me out, they insist it goes on my car and won't take it back and it's not worth fighting over a ~$100 part for. I just want to find out what car this goes to and sell it.

If it's shorter than you EK than I don't know, the 5th gens, delsol, integras crossmembre is longer. Maybe a crx?

If it fits on a '91 Si will it be compatible with a crx? My roommate has a '91 Si, but I haven't checked his car yet..
