Flasher unit????

I just received a 1994 Thunderbird LX with a 3.8L in mint condition about 2 weeks ago. Everything is great except the other day my turn signals stopped working after turning on my 4-way flashers. I have checked all the fuses and cannot find anything blown. I know the bulbs work because when I set the alarm, they all flash as usual. I am thinking the flasher relay went out. Can someone tell me where it is. I have access to All Data and it shows it on the right hand side of the dash, I assume under the panel below the steering wheel. Can someone help me please. I have no turn signals and it is a ticket waiting to happen. Thanks in advance, Bryon.

i believe the flasher plugs into the fuse box which is under the steering wheel got to lay on your back to see it
