Dear Mods...

As you may have come across an interesting idea in the Toilet thread, I have come to an idea to issue banner ranks to some. That thread would be a fine example of why we would need these people, 5 pages were wasted before any mod came along and closed it. I propose that mods can elect "banners" that have the ability to ban or close threads when they are pointless. Now many suggestions have come along, from me saying that it would take 3 mods to vote for a "banner" and they can be recognized by having red and blue stars. I don't know if one of you fine gents would be able to ask Igor of these new ranks, but hit me back with some feedback
