New Girl!

Hello all you people. Tis I, Frances. I'm from Michigan.. more specifically in the Grand Rapid Metro Area. I love cars.. trying to start a career in them. Speaking of.. someone email me if you know how I could get a career in designing cars. I'm only 16... but I have a 1990 Buick Skylark Custom that I share with my sister(23).. but hopefully soon she will get her own car, so I can have mine back. [email protected]

Hello. This is my almighty post #2 here, but welcome to the board.

As for your question about getting into car design... If you are only 16, I would recommend speaking to your school counselor, she will be able to give a ton of information, or get you in touch with the people who will be able to.

She will be alot more helpful then a message board ever could be.

Seems kinda backward that your 23 year old sister is "sharing" your car. Why doesnt she have her own car?

To Beretta.... I'm homeschooled... I'm just to smart for them public schools...j/k. Actually because of personal things I have decided to finish up high school at home... so no councelor.

To Dayna.. Ugh I know. My sister has no life and no job. Except babysitting. I don't have a real job yet either (although I'm looking) and I still pay for everything. You know how she is going to get her next car? My mom is buying it for her! And supposedly it is going to be alot nicer & newer then the one we have now. I personally love that buick... I just don't care anymore.. I just want my mom to get her a car so that I can Have that on to myself...
