98 Malibu Check Enhine code P1374

Hello, I have a 98 Malibu V6 and I just had it in the shop to have a fuel injector replaced. Check engine code pointed to it. I picked it up and it has been hesitating and the battery light came on and the batery died. I brought it back and the mechanic said I needed an altenator. He replaced that and it still hesitates and the Check Engine came back. This time with a P1374. The mechanic said he had no idea what that one was. I think he's in over his head.

I looked into it and P1374 is : IGNITION COIL - CYLINDER 4 - EARLY ACTIVATION FAULT.

Has anybody seen this before and know what I might be up against? There seems to be plenty of spark.

Probably a bad coil pack. Swap the bad coil out and you should be set.
