i am p o'ed, need to vent.

last year i bought a 1986 trans am. i paid $200 no motor no trans,
well a year later and 1200 spent i had it primered, ready to paint.
this car was a special edition, was loaded. i did swap out the interior
i was going to paint the car white and put the gold and red/orange
strip kit on it. the car still needed some work. it wasnt much, i
have a 305 and a transmission to go in it. i went to a auction and
bought a 1980 turbo trans am. took it home parked it next to the '86
T/A, a man stopped and asked if i would sell the 86 a couple of days
ago. i told him for $1200 if he wanted it. he said he would come back.
he came back alright. he took the damn car with out paying, i had extra
parts, tools and the factory stereo, in the trunk. come to find out my
dad and brother give the man the car when he come back. i went to work and my mom calls and said some man just left with you trans am.
i told her to stop them and it was too late. i worked my ass off getting
it ready for the road. i could have made 3k off of it or more. but its
gone now and i probally wont get none of my stuff back either. my brother said im sorry if it helps ill go get your stuff, well im mad enuff
to kill him. im sure that he wouldnt want me giving his car away. :banghead: :crying: :mad:

yeah i guess so, he told me that he thought
i didnt want it any more because i bough that 80
model. but i could have used the money to fix up the 80 model too.

since the car has a vin, and the guy has to register the vin with the sec. of state, maybe you can explain the situation to them and they can help you find the guy :dunno: but its worth a shot!

Since it's YOUR car, your brother can't give it away, so it must be stolen.
By your brother or the guy that took it, whichever one, it was removed from where you left it without your consent, therefore= theft.

well the bastard that got the trans am come last night and stole the
t tops out of my 85 camaro. these two cars were project cars that i have been trying to sell. i wanted 500 for the trans am, the camaro was
for free, well i guess next time i see a 69 camaro in a weed patch im just
going to hook to it and steal it. he had the nerve to come back, my dad
caught him. im told him that he wasnt getting a title until my tools and
extra parts were returned and he pay me $500. and if not he will bring the car back or im going to bust a cap in his ass.

i also just got a 80 turbo trans am from an auction,
its sitting in the yard. the guy is already asking about it, i guess i will have to park it under a tree
and chain it up. he takes it and there will be major
problems. i already have him for grand theft auto.

I don't understand what's going on. This guy stole your car, keeps coming back to your house, is stealing more shit and wants to buy another of your cars? Please clarify...

well my brother told him i would let it go and to come back and talk about it. well that evening my mom calls and said that she passed a roll back with my trans am on it. the guy just showed up that evening and got the car while everyone was gone.
now he is coming back trying to get free parts off of a camaro that i have its junk, but hell he is stealing the stuff i would have taken a 100 for the
t tops, and really extra t tops is a must if you have a camaro and trans am, you never know when you'll need them. but im throwing his ass in jail tomarrow.
