How do u make Xmods Internal Antenna?

does any1 know how to make an internal antenna on a xmods r/c car?

how do u make an internal attenna?

I made mine out of a cell phone reception amplifier wich is basically a peice of plastic with flat copper wire zigzagiing throughout it, there is one that is purpose made for mini-z that may work for xmods (http://www.kyosho.com/cars/kyoc2069a-2.jpg)

There is also another method that uses coiled cat5 wire, there's a tutorial about it on Xmodworld.com (http://www.xmodworld.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=4246 )

how did u get the cell phone antenna out because i don't have the right tool???
