Rough idle/rich exhast

My van suddenly started to idle very rough and it has a VERY rich smelling exhast. I had just changed my EGR valve 6 months ago, is it possible that it is all clogged again?

check the PCV valve. I just replaced mine after having the same symptoms and it runs better than it did when I bought it last fall.

Don't know what year it is, but I would also check for a vacuum leak since it happened suddenly.
