95 Trcker Blinkers on the Blink

Geo Tracker 95 All of a sudden my blinkers are going crazy. Sometimes the are off and the flaser is clicking fast but no lights are on!!! Sometimes the right blinker wont go opff even if the left one is put on!!! Changed the Flasher, NG. Took apart the Steering Column Assembly and every thing in there looks OK, A little worn but OK. What else would cause this. I do have n alarm in there, could this be doing something and can I isolate it somehow to see??? Help MIkeD

I have a 93 Tracker and my turn signal backup light fuse blows every time I put a new one in. I wish I knew what was wrong.
