I just cropped mine by using Microsoft Photo Editor. If you need a hand and you've picked a pic that you want to shrink, you can send it to me via PM or email and I'll give it a go for you. :)

Best way to do it is to use some sort of graphics app.

I have Photoshop 6 and Corel Photohouse 5, and I usuially use photohouse to re-size the image to the 100 X 100 limit, or to crop a photo. Im not all that great with the movement end of stuff, but id be willing to try my hand at it and just help out.

When you get an idea of what you are looking for, let me know either by post or pm, and ill help as much as I can.
