92-95 hatch

that's what it's called, like 92-95 hatch is eg, I believe 92-95 coupe is ek, 90-93 integra is DA, etc...

oh, and to the newb, this site isn't very big and we don't have that many regular posters, so there's only about 3 people that will actually post their eg lol. And on top of that, there's only about 10 of us that know what an eg is. :D

Well jameskersten has one of the fastest/cleanest HB's I've seen, not just cuz he's Canadian and from BC, but because I like his ride (nice colour). Around here (Vancouver) most of us don't have EG's but some of us refer to them as EG's instead of EH's or CDM/USDM. I personally don't post much/or at all, but I do consider my ride to be clean. So here it is.

on a side note jameskersten's Victoria club should meet up with vancouvercivics.com for a BC meet. Just a thought.

eg6 is a hatch, eg is just 92-95 JDM. eh is 92-95 USDM, and i think eh9 is the hatch. ef is like 88-91. ek is 96-00 (like jameskersten said). and 2001+ is ep. thats just some useless knowledge.

and yes, b-dogg's ride is hella clean.
btw, www.civichatchback.com, def. some clean hatchbacks there.

Not all "EG's" are JDM, and not all USDM 5th gen civic's are "EH"...I have a 1992 Civic 4 door, a fifth gen, and it's an "EG8", I pulled that straight off the vin number...so in short, there are usdm EG's (eg, ek, eh, etc..jut refers to that part of the vin anyway, and Kicker, I've seen several 5th gen coupe's with an EJ in the vin, so I am sure that's what you where thinking and just mixed it up with EK...anyways, as I said, mine is an EG...EG8 to be exact..., so there are USDM EG civics)

From a photograph standpoint, James's photo is nicer, it follows the lines very nicly, straight down the sides, and the picture is very tight, without much dead space...as for the cars, both are nice, but I am partical to blue over cherry red. Still both are nice looking.

Well there are at least 3... lik I said in my above post, I have an EG also. I am sure there are more, but they are probably like me, not having posted a pic in the forums...maybe AF only has 2 EG's with pics posted in the forums, lol.

BTW...I am glad someone finally posted a list so people realize the EG, EH, and EJ are all USDM 5th gen chassis codes, lol.

James def got me beat. Regarding the engine, I'm I/H/E, chiped ECU, and unorthadox pullys on a stock D15 vs James b18c1 w/nitrous oxide and bolt ons. No contest. I wasn't looking to be compared against individual members, but to be part of a showcase thread with some sweet EG's. So lets see them!

Here's my favorite pic of my car.

I never said it was reserved for them...but meraly it was nice to see people would realize that USDM 5th gens can be EG, EH, or EJ...since everyone gets mixed up and thinks..."no, it's only this year" or "no, it's only jdm"...etc.
