Sound System

I have a 95 Cougar XR7, and i wanna put some speakers and a sub in it. I have read that all 5 x 7 speakers fit in it, is this true? And does anyone have any suggestions on what type of sub/amp i should get? I have a 45watt x 4 Pioneer CD player that is kinda old, but has the sub output in the back. i dont really wanna spend more than $175 and I'm kinda new at this stuff. Thanks!

i can't answer your question on the 5x7 but if u want good cheap subs go to walmart and get 10" pioneers for about 50 bucks a peice and jensen 400watt amp for about 100 bucks

try bestbuy.com or circuit city online i think u mite be able to fit 6 x 9s speakers. but anyway go to their website and they have a guide where u can select ur make model and trim. enter all ur info and anytime u click on a product the website should tell u if the product would fit in ur car. im pretty sure its circuitcity.com but it might be bestbuy
