yea it sprays but you can still see the lights when theyre on

I'm pretty sure spray-on's aren't legal here in Oklahoma, but not sure about where you live. It varies state to state, just like window tinting.

Yeah, it varies, and with the spray, you control the tint, so it really depends on how much you put.
